What's Actually Happening
Flock initially claimed they were only license plate readers keeping data 30 days max. In Schmidt v. City of Norfolk (No. 2:2024cv00621), plaintiffs proved Flock was keeping data longer and connecting it to social media and other surveillance systems. They are not being honest with our cities.
Angela Robin Lipps — an innocent grandmother — was flown to a different state and held in jail for nearly 6 months because of an AI error. She lost her job, her house, and her dog before authorities admitted the AI was wrong.
Flock has moved into predictive drones with facial and "gait" recognition. In Oxford, England, the same tech is being piloted alongside digital ID for "15-minute cities" where residents are charged for leaving their zone too often.
When one town fought back, Flock refused to remove their poles — then rented private poles and empty buildings to keep watching. This isn't about crime. It's about control.

Make Local Police Defend Us, Not ICE
A five-part plan to contractually require local and state police to refuse illegal ICE cooperation — and to arrest ICE when they break the law.
Police Contracts: No ICE Cooperation Without Judicial Warrant
Draft and pass contracts for your local police, state police, National Guard, and State Defense Forces. Judicial-warrant-only rule: police may not assist ICE on any administrative warrant. Any officer who refuses to sign is fired. Any officer who violates the contract is fired and barred from federal-agency rehire for 7 years — the duration DHS has been funded.
Petitions: Demand Police Arrest ICE for Illegal Actions
Start a petition in your area demanding police arrest ICE for breaking the law — kidnapping without warrant, assault on civilians, theft of property, chemical weapons on peaceful protesters. Bring the signatures to your township hall meeting. Once enacted, ICE faces consequences for the first time.
Sheriff Deputization of Trained Citizens
Good sheriffs can deputize trained citizens. We need a single national training video covering: rules of engagement, use-of-force limits, what constitutes lawful arrest. Deputized citizens get a standard badge and handcuffs and operate strictly within the sheriff's authority.
Rapid Response Teams — Role-Based
Each neighborhood organizes a response team with assigned roles: Veteran (comms / radio), Paramedic (injuries), Cook (feeding people in standoffs), Bodies (peaceful mass presence). Use color codes: Blue = someone is injured. Yellow = ICE incoming. Red = ICE on location now.
Recall Sheriffs Who Side With ICE
Any sheriff actively helping ICE violate the law qualifies for "dereliction of duty" recall. You pay them to protect your community — not to assist federal agents committing crimes. Begin recall paperwork through your county clerk.

This isn't speculation. Federal judges, whistleblowers, and 60 Minutes have already documented the pattern. Demand your state mirror the laws that work.
What the Courts Are Finding
Ryan Goodman, NYU law professor and head of a non-partisan law journal, compiled over 35 federal cases in which judges — both Democratic and Republican appointees — explicitly stated the government provided false information, including false sworn declarations. One judge called it "highly misleading." Another wrote it was "a serious violation of the court's order." A third warned that "trust earned over generations has been lost in weeks." 60 Minutes — Oct 19, 2025
Owen Ramsingh, a former property manager deported to the Netherlands, told the AP he overheard guards at his detention camp running a betting pool on which detainee would die by suicide next. One guard had reportedly put $500 into the pot. Ramsingh said the conversation was devastating because he had contemplated suicide himself. Reported via AP / Corporate Clapback Substack
These are not isolated incidents. They are pattern evidence. The states that already moved on this — Illinois (prosecution law), New York (SB 2235 / A 3506 blocking police-ICE cooperation), New Jersey (F.U.C.K. I.C.E. bill) — give every other governor a tested template.

Illinois — Prosecution Law
IL passed a law allowing prosecution of ICE agents when they violate state law. Ask your state to mirror it. This is the single most powerful tool any state can adopt.

Blocks state and local police from helping ICE. Push your state legislature to copy the bill text directly.
New Jersey — F.U.C.K. I.C.E. Bill
The most direct legislative answer to ICE overreach. Speak to your democratic representatives about introducing parallel legislation.

Equal rights are not optional. Safety is not negotiable. The men who love us need to start actually protecting us, not just saying they will.
Why We Need Women-Led Churches
In July 2025, Secretary Rubio shut down the Department of Women's Rights. The Institute of Women's Health was eliminated. Domestic violence prevention programs were defunded. 69 separate anti-trafficking and child labor programs were cut. The Bureau of Labor reclassified women-dominated careers — nursing, teaching, social work — as "non-professional," which directly affects student loan eligibility and salary floors.
The federal infrastructure protecting women has been quietly dismantled. We need to build our own — fast.
The proposal: Women-led 501(c)(3) churches in commercial real estate that has gone bankrupt. Bankrupted office buildings, vacant strip malls, half-empty hotels — these are everywhere right now. Each building becomes:
- • Free lodging for women working at the church and any woman fleeing danger
- • Domestic violence shelter — replacing the federal programs that were just defunded
- • Theology degree pipeline — federal loans still apply to theology degrees, and 2.5 years of credits transfer to nursing or teaching certifications
- • For-profit after-school daycare on the lower floor — a direct counter to the propaganda being pushed in public schools
Multi-story buildings let you stack: shelter on floors 4+, theology classrooms on floor 3, daycare on floors 1–2, common worship and community space on the ground floor.
How To Start a Women's Church — 9 Steps
This is a working sketch. Talk to a non-profit attorney and an accountant before each step. Every state has slightly different rules.
Name, Vision & Mission
Pick a clear name. Write a one-paragraph vision and a one-paragraph mission. These are the foundation documents the IRS and your state will both ask for.
File 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status
File Form 1023 (or 1023-EZ if revenue is projected under $50k/yr) with the IRS. Churches get automatic recognition, but filing creates a paper trail that protects you from challenges. Cost: $275–$600 in filing fees.
EIN & State Permits
Get a free Employer Identification Number from the IRS (5 minutes online). Then register with your state's Secretary of State and get any required charitable solicitation permits.
Land or Building
Target bankrupted commercial real estate: vacant strip malls, abandoned office parks, half-empty hotels. Many counties auction these for back taxes — often under $50k for buildings worth millions. Lease-to-own can work if cash is tight.
Zoning Approval
Most commercial buildings need a zoning variance to host worship + lodging + daycare. Apply for "place of worship" zoning, which usually covers ancillary uses. Bring community supporters to the zoning hearing.
Building Codes & ADA Compliance
Hire a licensed contractor familiar with mixed-use rehabs. You'll need fire sprinklers, ADA-compliant ramps and bathrooms, separate sleeping/cooking ventilation, and exit signage. Budget 20% over your contractor's first quote.
Finances & Bookkeeping
Open a separate bank account in the church's EIN. Use accounting software (Aplos and QuickBooks Nonprofit are designed for this) from day one. Donor records must be kept for at least 7 years.
Community Outreach
Partner with local domestic violence shelters, food banks, and women's clinics before you open. A church without community ties is just an empty building — but a church plugged into existing networks fills up the day it opens.
Ongoing IRS Compliance — Form 990
File IRS Form 990 every year. Even churches that aren't required to file should file the 990-N postcard for transparency. This single annual filing protects your nonprofit status from challenges down the road.

Check EpsteinSearch.info or Jmail.world first. Type the rep's full name. These databases compile court filings, flight logs, and email releases.
Your State's Office of Open Records
Every state has one. File a free public records request for: campaign donors, stock holdings, affiliated companies, and any prior offenses or judicial referrals. Replies typically arrive in 10–30 days.
OpenSecrets.org
The single best public database of campaign finance. Search the rep's name → see exact donors, dollar amounts, and the industries those donors represent. Cross-reference with their votes.
