"Good Samaritan" law for community garden donors If someone slips/falls or animals contaminate produce, no one can sue the donor of the land. Annual forms kept at township/city halls. 2b. Farm Co-ops Ask your state extension office and farm bureau to make farm co-ops NOW so billionaires don't take all our food supply this fall. Equipment sharing, crop coordination, ag tourism, central drop-off points for community pickup. 2c. Protect farm ground as our food supply Pass laws protecting farmers — having food is a national security issue. 3. Statewide Community Garden Campaign Have everyone start planting seeds NOW for gardens in mid-May so fewer people starve this fall and winter. Start compost with worms for fertilizer. Build duck ponds. Enlist Botanical Gardens, Extension offices, and university horticulture departments. 4. Convert strip malls into housing Convert strip malls into housing for Medicare patients leaving nursing homes (Dec 2026). Add roll-in showers, laundry, small lofts. Free rooms for foster-care youth who volunteer 20 hours/week with elderly. 5. PA+ Healthcare Program Physician Assistants with 5+ years experience write limited scripts. Fire stations host clinics on rotating days. Cheapest way to serve ACA patients priced out and unemployed flooding ERs in 2027. 6. Direct Physician Care Plans GPs, pediatricians, dentists, eye doctors that do NOT use insurance — flat rates people can afford. Statewide catastrophic and international healthcare insurance at bulk discount rates. 7. Emergency Plans Communicated to Communities Plans for what people do if the electrical grid, water treatment, wastewater, or internet goes down.
