This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for purchases of Bar & Resto Menu licenses. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all license purchases made through our official channels.
We stand behind the quality of Bar & Resto Menu. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases — no questions asked.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of payment.
Before any payment is required, the App includes a 30-day free trial with all features enabled. This trial is designed to give you ample time to evaluate whether the App meets your restaurant’s needs.
We strongly encourage you to use the full trial period before purchasing a license, as the trial offers the same complete experience as a paid license.
Any purchase made through our official payment providers may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. To qualify:

You can cancel any active subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund the current billing period. Your license remains active until the end of the current period.

A refund returns money already charged. If you want both — to refund a recent payment and stop future charges — request both when contacting us.

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days of approval.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method:
We refund the amount actually paid by you, excluding any currency conversion fees, payment processor fees, or bank fees that the payment provider may not return.
Once a refund is issued:
If you wish to use the App again in the future, you may purchase a new license.
Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us for a refund is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks result in immediate revocation of your license, may result in being banned from future purchases, and may be disputed by us with the payment processor.
We always prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Licenses purchased at promotional discounts, during sales, or through bundle offers are subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee, with refunds processed at the actual amount paid (not the regular price).
If a license was purchased as a gift, only the original purchaser may request a refund.
Refund terms for bulk licenses (typically 10 or more) may be agreed separately in writing. Contact us before bulk purchases for specific terms.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
